Kualifikasi
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and customer experience platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
