Sr./Jr. HR Chief (Main Employee Relations Function)

The Sr./Jr. HR Chief will be responsible for managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and supporting union activities while enhancing employee engagement.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for employee concern and investigation including interpersonal conflict in the workplace, termination and employee complain.
• Provide support in union activity, support communication with union such as union meeting, and union organization campaign.
• Design Improvement activity for engagement target group.
• Design communication and engagement activity to support Employee Relation strategy.
• Lead to conduct communication, improve and develop efficiency channel and target.
• Lead to conduct engagement activity, improve and develop employee engagement.
• Report investigation result and proposal for consideration to HR Manager and follow up the decision.
• Support ER meetings with unions or with the government.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Social Science, Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HRM in manufacturing field (Employee Relations function is a must).
• Able to work under high pressure, Initiative, Responsible, Leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
