The Quality Assurance Specialist, Banglen is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with quality activities, while coordinating with quality and cross-functional teams.

Kewajiban

• Maintain the Quality Management System.
• Implement and ensure compliance of Quality activity.
• Coordinates with quality and cross functional team for all activities related to laboratory and testing system.
• Center of Document controller.

Core Responsibilities:

Business
• Maintain and implement the Quality Management System to ensure compliance.
• Manage the document control to ensure all documents are recorded, up-to-date and retained.
• Implement and ensure compliance of Quality activity related with QMS (GMP Audit, Quality Card etc.), customer requirements and all external audits and Customer complaint.
• Coordinates with quality and cross functional team for all activities related to laboratory and testing system for ensuring accuracy and in compliant with corporate procedures, Global Policy and new system's implementation.

Agility and Innovation
• Provide response with accurate information to internal and external stakeholders and retain the confidentiality.
• Build quality awareness to all employees by conducting quality induction for new comers.
• Implement quality activities and process efficiently within the factory.
• Initiate new idea and solution with innovative methods with minimal impact to the business.

Relationship and People
• Work with internal stakeholders to support for smooth production and comply with QMS and other related practices.
• Ensure data integrity and drive for the implementation within agreed timeline.

Kualifikasi

Mandatory requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Food science/Biotechnology or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing (Quality/Production function).
• Experienced and knowledgeable in quality management systems e,g. FSSC22000, ISO22000, HACCP, GHP, HALAL etc.
• Competent in English competency.

• Strong in analytical skill.
• Good in presentation.
• Strong in computer literacy.
