The HR Administrative Specialist at Ingredion (Thailand) Company Limited is responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office.
Kewajiban
• Handle overall loops in HR and General Administration tasks in office.
• Handle welfare & benefits, time attendance for all staffs.
• Handle Maid, Gardener, Drivers, Canteen, and transportation assignments. (subcontractor).
• Handle office admin tasks such as office supplies purchasing, car arrangement, hotel & flight reservation, etc.
• Process for payment and petty cash.
• Responsible for coordinating to Government officer relate with HR issues.
• Prepare Report, prepare HR Weekly and Monthly report.
• Responsible for internal plant communicate and provide activities on yearly plan.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Functions, General Affairs or Admin Function.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to communication in English.
• Good personality and skill to solve with day-to-day problems.
• Ability to work as good team member and motivate the team working as a group.
