The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer relationships and orders with a high level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the sales organization.
Kewajiban
• Manage customers' orders with high service level as agreed.
• Manage relationships with local and international customer base and keep the customers informed and updated about order progress.
• Deal with customer enquiries within agreed timeframe.
• Handle customer's complaints and all related activities.
• Create and deliver an excellent customer experience and supporting the sales organization.
• Partner with trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive review of sales orders versus forecast for a reliable demand plan.
• Develop IT Projects to enhance Customer Service performance.
Kualifikasi
• Background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Services.
• Solid experience in Customer Service or Commercial/ International ( Local and Export B2B environment ).
• Knowledge of SAP and MS office.
• Experience of exporting and local procedures.
• Conversant in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and IT skills working in a digital environment.
• Customer-centric and sense of ownership.
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
• International and culturally sensitive.
• Relationship management.
• Positive and proactive working attitude.
• Work independently and a team player within a pressured environment.
