Global Process Owner - Payroll Implementation Project

We are seeking a senior talented individual to drive external payroll solutions, change management and continuous improvement as well as leading payroll projects for outsourced solutions or local integrations.
Kewajiban
• Identify areas of process maintenance/ improvement based on stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement measures
• Solving escalated problems with relevant stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining global KPI dashboard
• Lead upcoming payroll projects
• Involvement in other projects related to payroll
• Ensure compliance with processes, laws and service expectations
• Responsible for financial impact
• Drive solution of escalated payroll problems
• Prepare and implement processes to capture and solve stakeholders requirements
• Implementing KPI dashboard based on country specific input
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Lead payroll projects for new entities and location
• Point of contact for payroll vendor for any system related questions and requirements
• Point of contact for integration with SuccessFactors and local payroll systems
• Leading the continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service level
• Support in M&A processes (evaluation, gap-analysis, project planning, implementation)
Kualifikasi
• Higher Education in Business Administration/Human Resources or IT
• Proficient written and spoken English language skills
• Experience with payroll and payroll implementation processes
• Experience in project management
• Experience with outsourced payroll provider
• Working with international teams
