Kewajiban
• Handle sales activities with project-based clients, including property developers, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through site visits, meetings, and regular communication.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions, such as furniture, decorative items, or building materials.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely project execution.
• Report sales performance and project progress to the team leader and participate in sales strategy planning.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Experience in the furniture or real estate industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics.
• Fun and cheerful personality who enjoys traveling and interacting with people.
• Outgoing personality who enjoys large gatherings.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Ability to communicate in Russian and Chinese is an advantage.
