Kewajiban
• Focus on sales to small-scale developers, property owners, and architectural designers.
• Make calls to new and existing customers, visit sites, and meet with clients to build relationships.
• Prepare and provide quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely service and pricing for customers.
• Report work progress and activities to the team leader while updating relevant information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
• Experience in the furniture or real estate industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in leading a team.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of motivating a team.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics.
• Fun and cheerful personality who enjoys traveling and interacting with people.
• Outgoing personality who enjoys large gatherings.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to communicate in Russian and Chinese is an advantage.
