• Study and analyze market trends, internal and external environments, such as economic conditions, competitors, sales performance, product trends, consumer behavior, and product demand.
• Use the insights to plan, design, develop, and manage products effectively.
• Plan and source products both domestically and internationally.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best trade terms for the organization.
• Manage product costs to maximize profit margins.
• Oversee quality control for imported products.
• Manage the product claim process both domestically and internationally, ensuring product quality and safeguarding the organization's interests.
• Analyze and evaluate suppliers both domestically and internationally.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to foster future business opportunities.
• Supervise and verify the creation of product codes, pricing, and cost details in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete information for efficient operations.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and promotional plans for products.
• Ensure alignment with market conditions and the organization’s pricing policies.
• Enhance competitiveness and drive maximum revenue and profit for the organization.
• Develop and enhance work processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational policies and strategies.
• Plan and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and achievement of objectives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in Merchandise or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of organizational products and product management skills.
• Proficient in planning, controlling, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good proficiency in English communication.
• Proficient in using organizational software or database systems (e.g., SAP).
• Ability to use other relevant systems or software required by the department.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
