Detail posisi

To lead our Retail / Showroom design initiatives. This role combines design expertise with management skills to create engaging retail environments that enhance customer experience and drive sales. Will oversee design projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business goals.

Kewajiban

• Design Leadership: Develop innovative interior design concepts for retail spaces that reflect the brand's identity and attract customers.
• Project Management: Manage all phases of design projects, including planning, budgeting, timelines, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor designer team, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and drive customer engagement.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends, customer preferences, and competitive price range.
• Site Management: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in modular design to inform your work and drive innovation.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably interior design or home furnishings industry.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AUTOCAD, SKETCH UP, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
