Responsible for the first point of contact for our customers. Maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, solving problems, and processing orders. They are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly impacting the company's success and reputation. With strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

Kewajiban

• Process sales order from order reception until delivery, including samples and other outbound shipments.
• Arrange and manage the outbound loads / transport, coordinate with 3PL providers and customers, as well as monitor all daily dispatching duties.
• Enter orders accurately into the database, and provide order confirmations and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate selling, pricing records and correct of inventories location in ERP system, NCR and claim process (if have).
• Keep good communication and relationship with customers as well as through the commercial team.
• Pro-active communication with related supporting departments to ensure a smooth delivery process and appropriate checks and controls in order processing.
• Resolve customer issues with any service failures that arise.
• Ensure that all key data are entered into the system on time and that capabilities of EPR-System is used.
• Liaise with Business Units to ensure excellent performance and good connection of SCM team.
• Process invoices, billing notes, and supporting documents to customer, as well as document collection received from customers.
• Develop and implement process improvements to stay abreast of company requirements, opportunities, and changes in the logistics industry.
• Support supply chain projects that require additional time to time assignments related to procurement, demand planning, warehouse coordination, etc.
• Other duties as required, or assigned by supervisor.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in customer service roles may also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support preferably within the industry related to the chemical company.
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer services for local customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various teams, areas, and levels of organization.
• Effectively communicate in a clear and convincing manner.
• Logical thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Abilities to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM system, e.g, Salesforce, and ERP system, e.g., JDE.
• Experience with customer service software, databases, and tools, as well as a proven track record of managing customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Good command of English.
