Kewajiban
• Drive sales to achieve the individual sales target
• Handle key accounts customer and provide clients with consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with customer’s preference and project budget
• Providing total design solution for the whole project to match with customer specification
• Provide proposal and quotations or any required information
• Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
• Doing administrative B2B work daily.
Kualifikasi
• Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner
• The right attitude and behavior to sell actively and help customers to buy
• Knowledge of the IKEA product range, including service products
• Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications with IKEA identity
• Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to prioritize/organize tasks both internal & external source. Good analytical/self-reliant/motivated
• Responsibility, Accountability and Ownership is a must.
• Microsoft office skills are a must.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attentive learner.
• Passionate and thoughtful.
