The People and Culture Team Leader at IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan is responsible for overseeing HR operations, productivity analysis, and continuous improvement projects while ensuring effective people management and compliance with local regulations.
• People Productivity Planner; develop, implement and monitor system of store productivity analysis (people area) and conduct store HR benchmarking system. This development analysis should be in line with IKEA practice or regional standards reporting system.
• People Workload Analysis; Conduct and monitor work load system, resource effective movement in store to achieve target and liaise with Store functional to have optimum resources. Assist HRBP Manager particularly in resourcing for store and backfill (Talent Acquisition-Recruitment) and Manpower Plan Analysis.
• Monitor Store Talent Review Monitoring system based on Performance Appraisal, Succession Plan and Development Talk. Create Regular Reporting System for HR Store.
• HR Operation; In charge for HR Store Daily Activity /Operation. Manage Payroll & Benefit Monitoring system as well as HR Administration System. This position will also (act) as HRBP suppose the current HRBP “off duty”. The responsibility might has consequences to follow store shift schedule.
• HR Continuous Improvement Project: Involve in HR Continuous Improvement Project which might liaise HR Ops, or other department and implement new HR system in store (excluding HR Digitalization).
• Able to provide training need analysis based on competence profile. Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
• Able to describe the right HR management process and being a part of the process especially in people management. Be the role of employee ‘helpdesk’.
• Understand article number 13 year 2003 about manpower policy in Indonesia and HR other supported regulation.
• Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving and be able to manage filing/database system.
• Good quality and accuracy data, fluent in using Microsoft Excel. You must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.
• As our store trades 7 days a week, you have the ability to work a mix of day.
• Willing to work at IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan.
