The Project Manager (CRM Salesforce) is responsible for leading and managing CRM projects, ensuring that goals, timelines, and budgets are met while overseeing a team of consultants, developers, and QA professionals.
Kewajiban
• Manage project plan and budget
• Manage team of Consultant/Developer/QA to deliver the project on time and within budget
• Lead and manage CRM projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met
• Estimate time frames associate with quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project incorporating all project variables
• Conducts periodic status checkpoints with team to assess progress against plan
• For Agile projects, coach teams towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Assist with resolve and offer advice on project-related problems.
• Develop, implement, and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics, and make recommendations to teams and management for improvement
• Drive the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans
• Customer Relationship Management
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in information technology or related fields
• At least 7 years of IT experience; at least 7 years in a technical software development environment or with IT Project Management.
• Experience as IT Consultant (Vender) is strongly preferred.
• Agile Project Management is a plus
• CRM Project is preferred
