Kewajiban
• Assist and act as various roles, such as Room Attendant and Public Areas Attendant, within Housekeeping Department as assigned by Housekeeping Manager.
• Pro-actively offer assistance to guests when you see any signs that guests look for something and always act based on IHG True Hospitality and Regent Service Behavior.
• Report fused light bulbs or any other maintenance defects in guest areas to Housekeeping Coordinator.
• Comply with the Lost & Found policy and procedures of the resort.
• Maintain constant awareness of safety issues, such as wet floors/broken glasses/frayed electrical cords/water leaks in guest areas and colleague areas, and inform Housekeeping Coordinator promptly.
