ตำแหน่ง Recruitment Officer จะรับผิดชอบในการสรรหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับองค์กร โดยต้องมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี

Kewajiban

• สรรหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
• แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี

Kualifikasi

• การศึกษา ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
• หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office เป็นอย่างดี และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองได้
• มีใจรักบริการ
• มีความอดทนสูง
• ชอบการเรียนรู้
• มีทัศนคติดี และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• สามารถทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์-ศุกร์)
• สามารถขับรถจักรยานยนต์ และมีรถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัว จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
