The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships, overseeing various project works, and managing operational tasks to ensure efficient facility management.

Kewajiban

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships; attend client meetings.
• Oversee and manage repair, maintenance, and project work performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors (building maintenance, landscaping, janitorial).
• Ensure work orders are completed and conduct facility inspections and reports.
• Manage moves, additions, and change activities.
• Obtain and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Manage capital projects, including budget preparation, variance reports, and vendor relationships.
• Process invoices, ensuring accuracy of cost center coding, and provide vendor training on work orders and billing.
• Use PC and/or PDA for work orders, email, HSE, and training.
• Conduct process, procedure, and financial/business analysis, and prepare reports.
• Oversee daily operations of PAM, IFM, delegate maintenance orders, and manage the mobile team to support PM, CM, and Ad Hoc requests.
• Generate maintenance and operational reports.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Project management or Facility management skills.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's/motorcycle license and good driving record with periodic checks.
• License for Professional Practice Electrical - or Controlled Engineer License.
