The Sales Planning position involves managing sales-related accruals, reimbursements, souvenir allocations, and reporting, while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processes.

Kewajiban

• Work closely with the finance department to manage and monitor sales-related accruals.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of accruals for sales incentives and sales promotions.
• Provide regular updates on accruals and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process and track reimbursement requests related to sales promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the leasing, insurance broker and dealers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement processing.
• Oversee the allocation of sales souvenirs and promotional items to dealers, ensuring they align with sales and campaign results.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate record-keeping for all souvenir allocations.
• Prepare regular reports on accruals, reimbursements, and souvenir allocations for management review.
• Another ad-hoc support upon request.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration/economics or a related field.
• Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
• Experience in sales support, sales management, or related role will be advantage.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and marketing strategies.
• Good analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to integrate all information and suggest for possible action.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy related to data management such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with good communication skills with cross-functional team environment.
• Fluent in English.
