The Regional Sales position involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets while maintaining strong relationships with local dealers and collaborating with various departments.
Kewajiban
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's targets
• Monitor sales performance monthly, quarterly, yearly both Wholesale and Retail Sales align with HMT targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partnership with local dealer.
• Develop local marketing and sales activities with dealers to generate and increase sales volume.
• Manage dealer's sales, drive sales volume and improve dealer's sales operation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales planning, and finance, to align strategies and achieve common company’s objectives.
• Identify root cause / problem and closely support our partnership and implement corrective actions.
• Create and deliver accurate wholesale, retail, stock progression reports to management.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to top management.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Completed a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience 2 - 5 years in Sales. (At least 1 year of experience working in Sales & Marketing in the field of automotive business).
• Report Skill (MS Office), Negotiation Skill (High Credibility).
• English Communication Skill.
• Able to travel and stay overnight for long periods of time. Because the job has to travel around the country all the time.
• Required for Car Driver License.
