Kewajiban
• Sales responsibilities for assigned business units (BU) and Customer Service (CS) for Thailand.
• Drive business development for existing and new customers.
• Regularly visit customers and build/manage relationships with existing and new customers.
• Manage customer relationships with a focus on customer service topics.
• Support sales and quotation process for CS offering and generate sales leads for equipment/plant business.
• Communicate market information to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting team.
• Identify projects and opportunities in the market for all business units within the business area.
• Ensure smooth flow of information from customers to internal departments involved in the process.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and conclude contracts.
• Comply with the company's guidelines for pricing, contract, and payment terms.
Kualifikasi
• Utilization and responsibility for dedicated data set in CRM
• Develop CS Business in the BU to reach the budget
• Develop new Business areas and grow market presence in ASEAN areas
• Bachelor of Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the process industry
• Sales experience for capital expenditures/ investment goods
• Technical background in the flour milling industry or similar industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal software (Intranet, SAP)
• Familiarity with Quotation, CRM, and CS Web
