The Production Planner at Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety is responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization. • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capacity.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with various departments, including sales, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on production goals.
• Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and potential issues.
• Manage and prioritize production orders based on urgency, capacity, and resource availability.
• Conduct regular meetings with production teams to communicate schedules, expectations, and any changes in plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
