The Design Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing innovative design solutions for various projects. Reporting to the Design Manager, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and customer requirements. The Design Engineer will also be involved in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions for new products
• Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings using CAD software
• Perform feasibility studies and cost analysis to ensure design concepts are practical and cost-effective
• Prototype and test design concepts to validate performance and functionality
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be efficiently produced
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality and manufacturability
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in design processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience at least 1 years as the design engineer
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in product design and development
