Kewajiban
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify training needs and conduct training needs assessments to determine gaps in employee competencies.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to address identified skill gaps and improve employee performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training requirements for their teams and develop customized training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate innovative and effective training methods.
• Manage the learning and development budget, including allocating resources for training materials, external trainers, and technology platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning tools to provide flexible and accessible training options for employees.
• Monitor and track employee progress and development through performance evaluations and individual development plans.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs within a corporate setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of trainers and facilitators.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and the latest trends in learning and development.
