• Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment, nurturing the growth and development of team members.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
