Kewajiban

• Develop product line strategy and market development plan for business growth.
• Manage portfolio strategy and range proliferation for financial growth.
• Review competitive environment, consumer insight, and standard context for product line.
• Drive key project development and coordinate function plan with management team.
• Support marketing efforts for launch and quarterly business review.
• Communicate product plan with sales and product training team.
• Develop business foresight for consumer and macro trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches and reviews.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior for informed decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance for necessary adjustments.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s/ Masters' degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in related field.
• Knowledge of product strategic planning, portfolio & range management.
• Preference Experienced from Home appliance products.
• Attention to detail in sales and marketing analysis.
• Knowledge of identifying segmentation, brand & product value proposition.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Thinking broadly about business.
• Understanding needs of the market & customer.
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs.
