The Field Service Manager will oversee the delivery and optimization of service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a team of service professionals and collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Kewajiban
• Handle and process customer inquiries for service requests efficiently.
• Understand customer needs to provide accurate information and assistance.
• Respond to customer phone inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the CS Sales Team to support sales leads for spare parts.
• Plan and allocate Service Engineers for projects, services, and emergencies.
• Manage daily workloads for the maintenance team to meet departmental targets.
• Coordinate service personnel activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee logistics support for the CS Workshop, including delivery and invoicing.
• Lead the growth and development of the Service Operations team through training.
• Work with the Accounts Department to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
Kualifikasi
• Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar education background
• Minimum 5 years experience within Customer Service, Manufacturing, Installation or Service, Sales
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing or customer first point of contact role
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or Customer Services
• Ability to develop within the technical field
• Basic knowledge of machinery and familiarity with MRO
• Proficiency in SAP (SD Module, Stock, Purchasing)
