We are looking for a design and proposal Engineer to accurately and efficiently provide design and project estimates, ensuring projects are completed within budget. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining costs, reviewing design selections, preparing RFQ answers, analyzing customer specifications, and estimating production costs for cable product. Kewajiban

• Develop and prepare detailed design proposals for cable products and systems based on client specifications and industry standards.
• Understand the concept of "Bill of Materials"
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate project viability and potential challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design processes, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and detailed design drawings for cable systems and components.
• Analyze and interpret client needs to provide tailored solutions that meet performance and budgetary requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in design proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and addressing any technical inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project timelines to support proposal submissions.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation phase of projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Drawing Reading skills will be preferred, especially for electrical products.
• Basic knowledge of costing and BILL of Materials.
• Detail-oriented with engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP/R3 Transaction will be prior considered.
• Proficiency in English language for written and verbal communication.
