Kewajiban
• Record data related to Sales Order Confirmation and created ITEM Codes in the Axapta system.
• Generate invoices based on Sales Order Confirmation and Output Orders for relevant departments.
• Prepare shipping plans and coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain and update Sales MPR (Monthly Performance Report).
• Collaborate with the production team to track the status of Job Orders and communicate deadlines to customers and sales representatives.
• Check inventory levels in the warehouse and inform the Sales Executive about stock availability for customer sales.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with good English proficiency.
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
