Kewajiban
• To process domestic high value payments to the correct correspondent or beneficiary banks with correct details and comply with Bank of Thailand’s regulations
• To Support and provide all DMS data for reporting
• To check and obtain all required supporting documents to comply with the regulations.
• To contact/ engage with Relationship Manager, Customers Services when there are any issues or special approval required.
• To liaise with GSC for BAU of Payment processing
• Resolve daily operational issues encountered and liaise with management
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and effective Operational Risk Management process to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field is a plus
• At least 1-2 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business is a plus
• Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be detail-conscious and able to work independently under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to develop practical, cost effective solution to complex issues.
