Detail posisi

This new position is responsible for ensuring that key Production areas are producing with Factory commitment for all Productivity/Loading/Output/Yield/Quality and Unit cost. This position will manage responsible area team leader and support their subordinate development plan to achieve Manager Skill Level. This position also will work closely with QA/ME/SCM/Production Engineer and other Production functions to meet above requirement.

Kewajiban

• Manage and Control Budgets.
• Assist in supplier quality management.
• Daily allocations Staff to meet both Q’ty and Productivity Target.
• Assist in compliant investigations.
• Assist in process validation activities.
• Tools and equipment and calibration control.
• Oversee effective and documented for all above relevant process.
• Train team leaders, supervisors, and team members in developing teamwork skills and team orientated activates in a positive working environment.
• To be closely discuss with Mold and Button Production team, QA team and ME team once we found any problem which come from key process (AF1, SP2) and help SCM purchase/QA supplier quality feedback to vender to improvement.
• To ensure Q’ty & Quality to meet all requirement.
• Manage and Control activities of above area.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Lens manufacturing.
• Experience in medical devices and ISO13485 is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, accountability, Resilience & Flexible and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Empathetic, Taking responsibility and Conflict resolution)
• Good teamwork, well understanding of production and cleanroom environment control.
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Performance management follow up, Manpower management, Cost management and Employee development.
• Reinforce accountability, Balance interdependency, empower ideas, enhance your impact and Engage others.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant qualification.
