The IT Support position involves providing application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and general IT support, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Kewajiban
• Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to all users across the organization.
• Improve development, testing, and release efficiency by creating tools and frameworks for robust and high-quality D365 implementation.
• Design technical solutions and create implementation plans for D365 projects.
• Participate in the development and deployment of D365 systems.
• Test and roll out D365 solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct training sessions for internal key users to enhance their understanding of Microsoft 365.
• Work closely with Corporate and local IT team to implement corporate and local IT projects.
• Assist and support the development of system applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals.
• Respond to IT support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for IT processes and procedures.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields.
• At least 2 years implemented or supported experiences in ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or Software application or relevant job.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good command in English and computer literacy.
