The Packing Process Engineer is responsible for developing and executing validation protocols, ensuring compliance with packaging specifications, and improving process quality and productivity.

Kewajiban

• Develop, author, and execute Validation/Qualification protocols.
• Collaborating and reaching consensus on test methods, protocols, and plans with key reviewers and approves of controlled documents.
• Monitoring to ensure new product compliance for package process to specification or customer requirement.
• Involve with the team to define package process characteristics and define product/process quality control/ procedure/ criteria for new product.
• Monitor process quality tendency and analyze to scope the problem and conclude potential causes that are helpful to take immediate actions.
• Investigating the potential cause of failure mode to define the root cause.
• Improvement project to improve the quality, productivity and cost.
• Develop or design machine jigs and tools to increase productivity/ quality.
• Process validation, Document control, Products quality verification.
• Maintain company rules, safety rules and ISO requirements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or Any field related.
• Have knowledge about machinery that uses heat, pressure also packaging.
• Experience in process validation and new product introduction.
• Excellent in English communication, Reading and Writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, Six sigma.
