The Import-Export Operations Specialist is responsible for managing daily operations related to import and export activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Kewajiban

• Daily settlement, reconciliation, freight forwarders, logistics, etc.;
• Communicating and coordinating problem-solving;
• Responsible for coordinating with external organizations to complete communication and data support, including but not limited to freight forwarders, customs, certification agents, etc.;
• Responsible for reporting abnormal events in process management;
• Related tasks as assigned from Manager

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or above (related field);
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business operations management or import-export management (requirements are waived for those with excellent conditions);
• Possess strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability, initiative and execution ability;
• Can use English as a working language and be proficient in Chinese.
