The Asset Specialist (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing payments, inventory data, and inspections for warehouses, while also providing relevant information to suppliers and leadership.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for submitting and processing payments for insurance procurement for each warehouse, and collecting and providing relevant information to suppliers;
• Responsible for submitting and processing payments for equipment certification procurement for each warehouse, and collecting and providing relevant information to suppliers;
• Responsible for verifying and following up on the settlement progress of various material projects;
• Responsible for managing and reconciling inventory data for each equipment warehouse;
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing weekly and monthly work order data for warehouse service personnel;
• Responsible for summarizing and verifying inventory counting data for each warehouse;
• Responsible for daily remote monitoring and inspection of warehouses, identifying problems, and following up on their resolution;
• Responsible for 6S inspections of each warehouse;
• Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
• More than 2 years’ working experience in construction machinery industry or logistic is an advantage;
• Fluent in Chinese or English;
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate progress and decision in matrix organization;
• Detail minded and strong sense of responsibility to achieve objectives;
• Strong analytic skills and sensitive to numbers;
• Strong resilience to handle complicate situation and fast speed working environment;
• Willing to travel upcountry.
