Hongsa Power Co.,Ltd is a joint venture US$3.7 billion, 1,878 MW lignite-fired power plant in Hongsa District, Sayabouly province, The business is a lignite mining and electricity generation facilities on a 70 square km, more than 300 km from Vientiane Capital yet only 35 km from Nan province, Thailand. The power plant will have 3 units, 626 MW each, and it is expected to start commercial operation by 2015. Hongsa Power Co.,Ltd is a shared enterprise from Ratchaburi Holding with 40%, Banpu Power Co., Ltd. with 40% and LHSE with 20%. The company is a result of a effort to address the increases in demand for electricity as well as to stimulate the socio – economic development.

The Senior Officer - Support Function Safety, Rescue and Security is responsible for implementing operational safety, security, and emergency management to ensure compliance with legal obligations and optimize resource utilization in support function areas.

Kewajiban

• Implement HPC Safety Management System and compliance to be integrated in HPC SHE Management system
• Implement to achieving in relation to performance of safety management system
• Manage the corporate safety communication and awareness programs /campaigns
• Control section budget utilization of Support Function Safety, Rescue and Security Section
• Implement the operational safety in Support function area
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment for Support Functions activities to ensure that all hazards and risks are addressed
• Conduct routine site safety patrol and inspection in Support function areas
• Effective implementation of incident investigation process process(es), including reporting, investigating, and taking action, to determine and manage incidents
• Implement Security Management

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree of Science in Occupational Health and Safety / engineering or related field
• Have TOEIC score s more than 500 scores
• 3-5 years of work experience in Safety, Security and Emergency Management and monitoring, preferable in Power plant, Mining operation or energy sector.
• Proficient in ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System or Emergency Management or Incident Command System
• Proactive, watchful and good coordination skill with attention to details
• Good command of English and computer skill
