Kewajiban
• Maintain HPC Safety Management System and compliance to be integrated in HPC SHE Management system.
• Implement to achieving in relation to performance of safety management system.
• Establish the corporate safety communication and awareness programs /campaigns.
• Manage and control section budget and plan to utilize by coordination with related function for preparing safety, rescue, and security equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain for the operational safety in Support function area.
• Review hazard identification, risk assessment for Support Functions activities to ensure that all hazards and risks are addressed.
• Plan and follow up the routine site safety patrol and inspection in Support function areas.
• Effective implementation of incident investigation process process(es), including reporting, investigating, and taking action, to determine and manage incidents.
• Plan and manage the emergency preparedness and response by preparing emergency resources Incident / Pre fire plan, Emergency & Crisis Management drill plans.
• Manage the Security implementation and follow up by organize the monthly inspection and summary among HPC, Police, Security outsource and related functions.
• Any other assign by Corporate Safety Division Manager and/or SHEQ Deputy Director /SHEQ Director.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Science in Occupational Health and Safety / engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of work experience in Safety, Security and Emergency Management and monitoring, preferable in Power plant, Mining operation or energy sector.
• Have TOEIC more than 600 scores.
• Proficient in ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System including Emergency Management and Security Management.
• Proactive, watchful and good coordination skill with attention to details.
• Good command of english and computer skill.
