Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Develop/manage/optimize distributor network
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Maintains close relationships with and works through key distributor partners to effectively facilitate deliveries of refrigerant products
• Works closely with all functions (legal, supply chain, logistics, engineering, technology, etc)
• Interacts with and coordinates activities with peer Account Managers who are calling on the same account in other regions.
• Builds a sales pipeline, works on NPI programs in the territory.
• Works closely with tech service and technology team
• Provides accurate AOP and monthly forecasts for the territory
• Assists in collection of invoices as needed
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the refrigerant or related industry
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
