Hon Chuan Indonesia's first factory, namely in Karawang, was built under an in-house scheme in which Hon Chuan Indonesia was responsible for producing plastic packaging, while PT. ABC President Indonesia handles the filling process.

Kewajiban
• Manage man power QC Team
• Handling upnormality products (How to handle customer issued with Corrective Action & Preventif Action/CAPA method)
• Support audit both of internal or external audit
• Implementation QC 7 Tools & able to use formulas in Ms. Excel
• Create trial report, weekly report or quarterly report
• Able to use equipments such as a calliper, height gauge, micrometer, etc.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering or any related educational background
• Proficient in English
• Experienced in the same field at least 3 years
• Proficient in computers skill
• Understand ISO 22000 & ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP
• Have a leadership Spirit, Planning, Delegation, Coordination and Team Work skill
