The E-com Business Partner Marketplace is responsible for expanding product offerings by identifying and onboarding new vendors, driving sales through collaboration, and implementing promotional campaigns while providing ongoing support and monitoring vendor performance.
Kewajiban
• Identify potential vendors of the responsible categories, pitch, and onboard the new vendors to expand product offerings.
• Plan and collaborate with vendors to drive sales and enhance performance.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns for vendors. Secure deals and promotions to boost vendor visibility and sales.
• Provide training and ongoing support for marketplace operations.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure product standards, and quality of services.
Kualifikasi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms. Experience in key account management, retail procurement, partnerships, or marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong in problem-solving, systematic and logical thinking, negotiation, collaboration, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for sales performance monitoring and reporting, as well as developing presentations for vendor meetings and pitches.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive and collaborative team player, open-minded and adaptable to change, with strong strategic thinking. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
