• Searching suppliers, comparing and evaluating supplier offers.
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
• Verify the purchasing requisition and prepare the purchase order.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and review products’ quality.
• Coordinate the purchase of goods with all relevant departments.
• Confidentiality safety data control (Price list).
• Maintain records and files related to purchasing activities.
• Budget Control
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration.
• Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and service-oriented mindset.
• High sense of responsibility for other tasks as assigned.
