The Site IT Chief is responsible for overseeing IT systems and ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards while managing personnel and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Kewajiban

• Rollout systems policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them, as per Group Guidelines.
• Monitor data security protocols and ensure that the organization remains compliant with industry standards.
• Establish objectives for the team based on overall organizational goals and develop plans to achieve those objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of system design, integration, development, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems. This is under user requirements and specifications; manage associated personnel resources as required.
• Monitor IT systems and services to ensure they meet user requirements; identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to plan and implement projects or initiatives related to IT operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, industry standards, government regulations, security measures, and best practices informing decision-making processes and strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on system implementation activities as needed.
• Assist other staff members in resolving system problems or troubleshooting software applications and hardware issues when required.
• Develop strategies for managing personnel and contractors and maintaining efficient working relationships.
• Coordinate and align with various stakeholders including Central, Regional and Local Team.
• Coordinate, Support and work on J-Sox, Hitco2, IATF and other IT related audits.

Kualifikasi

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Logical, conceptual. Good communication and good English.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in an IT environment.
• Good understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.
