Kewajiban
• Achieve the agreed sales target, and market share target by aligning with the company’s goals.
• Deliver Company direction and policy with correct implementation & execution.
• Ensure that customer performance tracking and customer business reviews are up-to-date with support analysis, insight, and proactive action plans.
• Analyze the market situation and creative any initiative activities with pro-active action plan to generating demand and create sell in & managing sell out in your responded areas.
• Maintain strong relationship with all partners.
• Immediately action & communication & execution in your area of any marketing communication, activities or company’s formal announcement.
• Developing your account store & display area ensure that display is in prime location with good condition as always.
• Developing new potential D/L.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree
• Marketing / Engineering
• At least 3 Years in home appliance Sales,
• Good at English (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to travel extensively
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, diligent, open minded and willing to learn
