Primary function: developing and executing trade marketing strategies for category growth base on a deep understanding of shopper profile and channel insight.
Kewajiban
• Lead category strategy development & guideline and Co-developed innovation launch with marketing team since campaign development, financial P&L, channels & activation plan
• Provide a detailed analysis of actual sales vs forecast result and propose the rolling channel or action plans
• Monitor execution of trade promotion and NPD launches and conduct a post evaluation
• Consolidate demand forecasting by coordinating with the sales team
• Manage and control trade spending
• Develop POSMs according to a national trade and consumer promotion plan
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in job related field
• At least 5 years of trade marketing, category analyst or FMCG environment experiences will be advantage
• An analytical mind with strategic ability
• Good in using Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word).
• Excellent presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
