The Purchasing Officer is responsible for handling inquiries from buyers, evaluating suppliers, ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, and coordinating the procurement process to meet buyer requirements. They also track order statuses, summarize purchasing data, and assist with quality system documentation.
Kewajiban
• Handle inquiries from buyers to align with job requirements
• Collect data for selecting new suppliers and evaluate them
• Verify the accuracy of purchase orders to comply with procurement processes
• Procure goods according to processes and conditions to meet buyer requirements
• Track product statuses based on purchase orders
• Summarize monthly and yearly purchasing data
• Coordinate documentation to support quality system audits
• Perform other tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Consideration for recent graduates with high responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, detail-oriented, and honest
• Negotiation skills, data analysis, and calculation abilities
• Experience in food or beverage production facilities is a plus
