Herba Bangkok S.L. is Ebro Food’s regional Headquarters and regional trading center, as well as the commercial office of Ebro’s brands in the Southeast Asian markets. Herba Bangkok S.L was established in 2006 and enjoy BOI privileges under the Thai Ministry of Industry and is certified by- ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Organic, BSCI and many others. We have an extensive and deep-rooted presence in the industry as part of the Ebro Foods group family. Brands available are: Riso Scotti Italian rice, La Fallera Spanish rice, Tilda Basmati rice, Pasta Garofalo, Pasta Santa Lucia, Bertagni fresh pasta, and SOS quinoa. Our headquarters in Bangkok is supported by a factory located in Saraburi, approximately 120km north of Bangkok. Core manufacturing of bulk and packaged rice is done in-house with a strong emphasis on productivity, quality, compliance, sustainability, and transparency.

The QA Executive is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with various international standards in the food industry.

Kewajiban

• Implement, maintain, Internal audit, & improve quality system; BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
• Be auditor for Thailand & packaging supplier.
• Customer complaint handling for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, & Vietnam shipment under Herba Bangkok exporter name.
• Customer questionnaire handling for own plant & verify questionnaire for supplier plant, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam.
• Documentation registration.
• Maintain, follow up, set up calibration plan.
• Rice sample bank of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, & other.
• Technical specification for each rice variety.
• Product specification implementation & registration.
• Regular testing for product base on internal program & customer requirement.
• Validation program for CCP & raw material.
• Packaging development.
• Mock recall & traceability program.
• Product registration with Thai FDA.
• Quality document issuing; Aflatoxin certificate, Food safety certificate, etc.
• Etc. base on company & customer requirement.
• Reporting directly to QA manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Higher Degree in food science or a related field.
• At least 2 years experiences in food industrial for QC, QA, or R&D.
• Good knowledge of International standard; GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, Kosher, Organic, and ISO 9001.
• Good command in English (Reading, Writing, & Speaking) communication for direct contact with foreigner auditor & customer.
• Proficient in computer literacy and Able to use in operating of Microsoft office program (Word, Excel, and Power point).
