The Accounting Receivable Specialist is responsible for monitoring collection interfaces, performing account reconciliations, and supporting customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• To monitor collection interface and perform customer’s account reconciliation of specific assigned accounts including other relevant payment related activities
• To timely apply payment
• To process receivables rescheduling request from Sales
• Support Team of Experts in resolving complex Accounts Receivable operational issues
• To undertake additional tasks that may be reasonably requested
• Provides support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders.
• Prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Position will receive direction and support.
• This position level would typically include junior Customer Services (CS) representative performing mostly tasks that do not require prior extensive experience.

Kualifikasi

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Have background in customer service more than > 2 years
