As a global manufacturing company specialized in the fast-moving consumer sector, we are looking for a Modern Trade Manager to join our dynamic team in Thailand.
Kewajiban
• Fully responsible for the management of the Modern Trade Sales team and completing the company's sales targets.
• Propose and implement the annual category strategy assortment, promotion plan, and trade deal on a customer basis.
• Manage and build relationships with key accounts and customers in the modern trade channel.
• Negotiate and manage trade terms and promotions with customers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Manage and motivate a team of KAM/KEX to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Sales or related field.
• At least 8-10 years' experience in Modern Trade channel and coming from FMCG (non-food) is preferred and at least 5 years' management experiences.
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned executions.
• Good in analytics, category management skill, negotiation, presentation and people management skills.
• Strong leadership capability to manage both customers and internal team expectation.
• Proficiency in MS office and other related data & statistical programs.
• Must own a car as require visiting vendors / customers.
