The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success with hands-on execution in managing and controlling production department to meet plant business needs.
Kewajiban
• Be responsible for on-time delivery, product quality and production cost efficiency to meet business objective and achieve the targets of annual budget and production KPIs.
• Cooperating with support team to optimize the manufacturing process by improving personal skills, equipment, tools and flow layout to approach the best quality & efficiency. Be responsible for continuous improvement of production line through eliminating waste.
• Analyze staffing and production goals, make reasonable staffing suggestions, and propose workshop personnel development and retention plans.
• Organize daily production meetings, follow up improvement action plan. Coordinate with others to fix the issue during production.
• Maintains good labor relations with employees in accordance with contract, plant rules and regulations.
• Monitor the implementation of EHS police in production process, make sure a safety environment to achieved operation. Maintain proper 5S standards in production areas.
• Any other jobs assigned by superior leaders.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or Master in MBA, Business, Engineering, Mechanical, Management etc.
• 10+ years related experience in Automotive Production Management area must with SMT production experience, with a focus on automotive products delivery and a track record of improving production operation and reducing costs.
• Systems thinking/mindset, including the ability to create an understanding of a larger system by examining linkages and interactions between components.
• Demonstrate ability to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others.
• Fluent English in both written and oral communication.
