The Key Account Manager (Insurance) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, analyzing client needs, delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring account performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Kewajiban
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze client needs and insurance operations data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor and report on account performance, including meeting upselling and retention targets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular account reviews and strategic plans to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to secure and renew contracts.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance background.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work from the office in Setiabudi Kuningan, Jakarta.
