In 2015, the Air Conditioning Technical Training Center was established as ASEAN regional and also the first Technical Training Center of Haier in overseas. In Marketing term, we provide our services and products which are Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Freezer & Beverage Cooler, Television, Water Heater and Microwave Oven via more than 300 sale networks in Thailand.
The Industrial Engineering Staff is responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Studying each process in production line and reporting to manager for mutual analysis
• Studying the problems that cause bottle neck and then analyzing how to improve
• Coordinating with related department to help solving bottle neck problems
• Balancing line after improving bottle neck and setting standard manpower of each process
• Making Work Instruction (WI) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Supporting new model as required on plan
• Modifying line up efficiency
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical engineer are preferred.)
• At least 1-2 year experiences in related field
• Be able to use AutoCAD, Solid work
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English is a big advantage)
